Deliveries

Molten Majesty ships worldwide. Every order is handled with care and prepared for dispatch as swiftly as possible — most often on the same day, except under exceptional circumstances.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied by their country’s customs authorities.

Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey from Istanbul to your door.

Returns

Every Molten Majesty creation is crafted to be treasured. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their complete packaging. Please include your order number and contact details, and send your return to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your protection.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within five business days. If the returned piece shows signs of use or damage, our team will reach out before finalizing the process.
